Private 5G is moving fast—from pilots to production—and the architectures that deploy quickly, operate securely, and integrate Edge Processing, AI, and Digital Twin workflows are gaining significant attention.

The momentum behind private 5G isn’t theoretical. 5G subscriptions have been forecasted to reach over $3 billion by the end of 2025 (about one-third of all mobile subscriptions). GSA’s Private Mobile Networks (Dec 2025) summary report has identified 1,907 organizations deploying private mobile networks with contract values on average above $115,000 across 84 countries.
The growing collaboration between 5G, digital twin and AI is referred to as the perfect trifecta that allows for the massive transfer of data (5G), modeling of physical assets (Digital Twin) and turning data sets into predictive actionable decision points (AI).
